Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, familiarity with material flows, inventory management, and continuous improvement. A Six Sigma background is a plus, and the role involves overseeing safety and quality programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervision experience.
• Experience in material flows and inventory management; continuous improvement; process analysis.
• Six Sigma training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to ensure production targets are met or exceeded.
• Maintain production equipment.
• Coordinate activities to support SQDC targets and customer expectations.
• Lead and participate in teams/projects as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality specs, and job instructions.
• Oversee hiring/training of department staff.
