Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of manufacturing and supervision experience, with expertise in material flows, inventory management, and continuous improvement; Six Sigma is a plus.

The role involves leading teams, ensuring safety and quality, and supporting SQDC targets while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience; wood related preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of supervision experience; multiple departments.
• Experience in material flows and inventory management; continuous improvement; and process analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department production to meet SQDC targets and customer expectations.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and meet defined performance.
• Lead and develop hourly employees; manage staffing, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies, operating instructions, and safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Establish goals for team members aligned with organizational objectives and conduct performance reviews.
