Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of production employees.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Promote and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching, training, and corrective action as needed.
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate production goals and updates.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, equipment concerns, and quality defects.
