Rosendin is seeking a Production Manager II to provide manufacturing support and oversight for enterprise level developers. You will manage production programs, coordinate with scheduling, QA/QC, and safety teams, and mentor junior managers on technical communication.

This role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across sites. The position requires a technical background, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong interpersonal skills to work with

• Demonstrates leadership of intermediate technical programs
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee production programs to ensure consistency across intermediate scope and technical complexity
• Lead initiatives to improve production processes
• Prepare bill of materials for respective production program
• Ensure product design is followed on the manufacturing floor
• Coordinate with manpower to meet production scheduling demand
• Maintain QA/QC processes and safety standards
• Collaborate with program GF to create and update production schedules
• Coordinate with program management on customer needs and timelines
• Mentor Production Manager I in technical knowledge and clear communication
