Responsibilities include leading crews, coordinating scheduling and materials, enforcing safety policies, and tracking performance against budgets while maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing field crews.
• Proven ability to schedule and optimize routes, labor hours, and equipment.
• Strong safety discipline and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple maintenance crews and ensure high-quality, safe service.
• Direct daily scheduling, logistics, and deployment of crews and equipment.
• Monitor labor hours and productivity against budgets; coach crews to meet goals.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and supplies.
• Maintain vendor and client communication and resolve issues within 24 hours.
