• Lead and supervise maintenance crews on commercial grounds services.
• Plan and manage daily workloads for efficiency.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and logistics for daily jobs.
• Attend safety and team meetings and ensure safety protocols.
• Perform mowing, raking, digging, and weeding of landscapes.
• Monitor irrigation controllers and maintain equipment.
