You will develop preventive maintenance and calibration schedules, supervise repairs, and collaborate with operations to optimize line efficiency and safety.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year technical degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise safety policies and procedures per OSHA, NEC, NFPA, USDA, FDA.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance program to ensure equipment safety, reliability and performance.
• Provide supervision, training and coaching to maintenance associates to achieve uptime and production goals.
• Identify training needs and implement hands-on and root cause analysis training.
• Plan and oversee equipment rebuilds, line moves, installations, setups and calibrations.
