Coastal Sunbelt Produce is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee facility maintenance, grounds, security, and equipment support. You will lead a team of maintenance staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with third-party providers to keep the facility running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three years on-the-job maintenance experience with electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Knowledge of refrigeration, plumbing, processing equipment, welding, and AIB preparation.

Responsabilités

• Supervises the daily work and safety of maintenance associates across facilities, grounds, refrigeration systems, security, and related areas.
• Coaches and develops maintenance staff; monitors policy, safety, morale, and communication; issues discipline when necessary.
• Oversees asset procurement, utilization, and inventory; coordinates with departments to ensure upgrades and repairs are completed efficiently.
• Develops relationships with third-party vendors (janitorial, pest control, security, contractors) and maintains appropriate insurance certificates.
