Coastal Sunbelt Produce, LLC is seeking a Production Technician III to support maintenance and reliability across the production floor. You will plan and perform diversified maintenance on equipment, support line moves, and uphold safety and 5S standards.

The role emphasizes diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, using CMMS for work orders and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Strong OSHA safety knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with lockout/tagout, hot work permits, confined space, etc.
• Food processing environment familiarity with USDA/FDA/SQF policies.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, maintain, and repair production equipment to improve uptime.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and line moves as needed.
• Read schematics, diagrams, and P&IDs to service systems.
• Lead RCA/FMA and coach others on reliability improvements.
• Prepare accurate CMMS work orders and log metrics.
