Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance in food/processing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and preventive maintenance of processing machinery and lines to minimize downtime.
• Manage plant infrastructure, refrigeration, utilities, and building structures with external contractors.
• Lead, train, and mentor technicians, fostering safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet regulatory laws and food safety standards.
• Control budget and inventory of spare parts; track expenses and performance metrics.
• Maintain detailed records of work orders and equipment history.
