Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas, Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor to assist Operations managers in overseeing the processing of donated goods and the functioning of the outlet.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and waste reduction across departments, with hands-on supervision and training responsibilities. You will coordinate schedules, manage inventory, and ensure production logs and routine tasks are completed on time, while maintaining Goodwill's ACE culture and customer experience

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• 0 to 6 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing multiple departments and supervise production/processing of donated goods.
• Coordinate efficient operation of the plant including training and monitoring employees on SOPs.
• Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Communicate work schedules and manage assignments for team members.
• Perform inventory and warehousing tasks to support production and other departments.
