Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas is seeking an Experienced Store Supervisor to support the store manager with daily operations, open/close duties, and customer service excellence. You will handle cash, assist donors, and supervise staff and volunteers, ensuring compliance with policy and safety standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to four years high school or GED and 12–18 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's License and clear MVR.
• Some computer knowledge is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and motivates employees to meet production guidelines.
• Provides ACE customer service to donors and customers.
• Operates cash register, processes payments, and balances cash deposits.
• Maintains clean, safe store environment and proper merchandise rotation.
• Keeps attendance records and handles payroll-related tasks in manager's absence.
• Reports suspicious activity to Loss Prevention.
