Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas is seeking a Donation Supervisor to oversee donation centers and the home pickup team, ensuring safety, productivity, and excellent donor service.

You will lead staff, schedule work, handle payroll-related tasks, maintain records, and coordinate across locations while upholding ACE culture and company policies.

This role requires managing staff, training, attendance, and problem resolution, with occasional evening or night shifts and travel between sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 12–18 months related experience and 1–6 months in supervision/ management is common.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Basic computer skills: 10-Key, MS Excel, word processing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise donation centers staff and home pickup team.
• Interview applicants and conduct orientations; maintain personnel files.
• Handle payroll records and day-to-day operations paperwork.
• Track attendance and approve time off.
• Oversee donation intake, sorting, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling, routing, and customer service for home pickups.
• Serve as primary contact during operation hours and on-call for issues.
• Provide coverage at centers as needed.
• Communicate with leadership on performance and improvements across locations.
• Support donation drives and campaigns.
