Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Operations Supervisor to assist the management team in directing multiple departments involved in production, salvage, and outlet operations. You will help improve processes, supervise staff, and ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining Goodwill's ACE culture.

The role requires attention to safety, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to train and lead a small team in a fast-paced environment. Weekend shifts may be required as business dictates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–6 months related experience or training.
• 1–6 months related management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate forklift safely and follow safety protocols.
• Experience with inventory and warehouse processes is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance for all tasks and train coworkers on safety expectations.
• Coordinate plant operations and supervise staff under direct or indirect control.
• Analyze workflows and suggest process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Communicate schedules and allocate tasks to team members daily.
• Perform inventory and warehousing tasks to meet material needs.
• Update Production Logs and submit reports on time weekly.
• Operate forklift and bailer to complete required tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
