Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 6 months related experience and/or training.
• 1 to 6 months related management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety standards for vehicle and forklift operation; train coworkers on safety expectations.
• Coordinate efficient plant operation; train and monitor staff on SOPs; minimize waste and maximize diversion.
• Analyze workflows; identify and document opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Communicate work schedules and manage assignments for team members.
• Perform inventory and warehousing tasks to meet production needs.
• Update Production Logs daily and submit to Post Retail Manager weekly.
