Job summary

Heart of Texas Goodwill is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage donated goods processing, pricing, staging, and product movement in a busy retail store. You will partner with store leadership to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient operations that support sales floor readiness and overall store performance.

The role requires supervising retail associates, maintaining back-room standards, and guiding workflow to meet productivity and safety goals. Flexibility for weekend shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, including supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
• Experience working with people of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and staffing.
• Experience coaching and supporting team members to achieve performance goals.
• Familiarity with loss prevention, safety procedures, and adherence to company policies.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, including the ability to handle escalated customer or operational issues.
• Ability to support administrative tasks, scheduling, and achievement of store performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donated goods processing, pricing, staging, and movement to ensure sales floor readiness.
• Maintain production, back-room, and donation area standards including organization, cleanliness, safety, and efficient workflow.
• Support operational standards that contribute to a positive shopping experience and store performance.
• Lead and coach retail associates and program participants, providing feedback to leadership on performance and effectiveness.
• Ensure accurate labeling and organization of outbound products for transportation.
• Perform duties across shifts, including weekends, as assigned.
