Job summary

TalentBurst is hiring a Production Coordinator in New York, NY. The role supports end-to-end production by overseeing orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accurate ERP updates and on-time shipments across vendors and fulfillment centers.

Responsibilities include tracking goods, maintaining dashboards, coordinating with Finance for payments, and collaborating with Product Development, Logistics, and Retail to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Navision (Microsoft Dynamics) or similar ERP system.
• Proficient in Excel, including V-lookups and Pivot Tables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of shipments and receipts for products, materials, and supplies.
• Enter and update styles and orders in Navision; track goods across stages.
• Maintain logs and dashboards of daily movements in ERP.
• Inspect shipment lists and verify against invoices.
• Provide tracking visibility and enforce ASN to logs.
• Perform goods receipt into the ERP system.
• Coordinate with vendors and 3PL for on-time shipments.
• Coordinate invoice coding with Finance for timely payments.
• Collaborate across Product Development, Logistics, Finance, and Retail.
• Maintain view of outstanding production orders and unfulfilled shipments.
• Provide admin and reporting support for production/order management.
• Support team dynamics and initiatives to improve workflow.
