Job summary

The Mom Project is seeking a Production Operations Coordinator on a contract basis in New York City. This hybrid role combines on-site work four days a week with one remote day, supporting end-to-end production, order management, and ERP updates.

You will oversee shipments, log updates in Navision, and coordinate with Finance and logistics to ensure on-time delivery. Strong Excel and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Experience with Navision (Microsoft Dynamics) or similar ERP system
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tool
• Proficient in Excel, including V-lookups and Pivot Tables
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe products
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete delivery of shipments and receipts for eCommerce channel.
• Enter and maintain updates for each style and order in Navision or shared drives; track goods on order, in production, and in transit.
• Maintain accurate logs and dashboards of daily movements and transactions in product management systems and ERP.
• Schedule time-sensitive inspections for eCommerce products across supplier locations.
• Inspect shipment packing lists and verify against manifests, invoices, or orders for accuracy.
• Coordinate billing processes with Finance to ensure timely invoice issuance to international partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Logistics, Finance, and Brand Management to resolve issues.
• Provide general administrative and reporting support for production and order management activities.
