Job summary

Lindt USA in Stratham, NH seeks a Production Line Lead to run an entire production line, driving productivity and quality on a daily basis. The role involves supervising line staff, coordinating changeovers, and enforcing safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, strong problem-solving skills (5 Why/Fishbone), TPM familiarity, and basic computer literacy.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food industry.
• 2 years supervisory/lead experience, preferred
• Root Cause Analysis (5 Why/Fishbone), preferred
• Leadership training, preferred
• Total Productive Maintenance experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate line productivity and changeovers.
• Lead line staff and training to ensure productivity and quality.
• Direct procedures and controls; escalate issues promptly to management.
• Communicate shift productivity standards to line staff.
• Oversee daily line handover meetings and ensure adequate components.
• Apply 5S and TPM methods to improve sanitation and lean initiatives.
• Maintain records in SAP and other systems; monitor downtime and maintenance.
