Qualifications

• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up assigned machine(s) to meet daily production goals.
• Coordinate product changeovers to maximize line efficiencies.
• Monitor machine and material quality; report issues promptly.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Maintain accurate machine logs and downtime records.
• Follow 5S and safety guidelines; wear required PPE.
