Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli is seeking a Production Line Lead in Stratham, NH to manage an entire production line, oversee daily duties, and ensure productivity meets quality standards.

You will supervise line personnel, address issues promptly, and collaborate with maintenance to maximize efficiency. 2+ years in manufacturing and supervisory roles are required, with Lean and TPM familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2 years supervisory/lead experience preferred.
• Experience with root-cause analysis (5 Why/Fishbone) preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer and mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Line Productivity and ensure setup/changeovers.
• Lead and motivate line staff; provide training and direction.
• Ensure procedures and controls are met; communicate issues to supervisor.
• Communicate shift productivity standards to line staff.
• Oversee daily handover meetings and ensure components meet production schedule.
• Identify line issues using root cause analysis and work with maintenance.
• Inspect finished products for quality and safety; follow Lindt health guidelines.
• Follow Lock Out Tag Out policies and ensure line safety.
• Maintain 5S in work areas; participate in TPM Lean initiatives.
