Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment; 2 years supervisory/lead experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to identify line issues using root cause analysis and communicate with supervision and maintenance
• Basic computer skills
• Flexibility to meet rotational shift changes; weekend work as required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate line productivity and ensure staff are utilized; oversee setup and changeovers
• Lead daily shift handover meetings and communicate productivity standards
• Inspect finished products for quality and safety; ensure health and safety guidelines are followed
• Maintain accurate machine logs and records; report downtime and maintenance
• Participate in TPM and Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and safety
