Job summary

Lindt is seeking a Line Lead for the Third Shift in Stratham, NH to manage a production line, supervise staff, and uphold safety and quality standards on a fast-paced chocolate production line.

The role requires coordinating shift activities, leading handovers, and using lean tools including 5S and TPM to improve line performance. Experience in manufacturing and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food industry.
• 2 years supervisory/lead experience, preferred
• Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (5 Why / Fishbone) and communicate findings

Responsibilities

• Coordinate line productivity and ensure staffing and changeovers are covered.
• Lead line staff and provide training to ensure task completion.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met; conduct quality checks and audits.
• Maintain records using SAP, ICS, Ignition, Brady Link 360 and ADP.
