Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli USA is seeking a Line Lead to manage an entire production line, ensuring productivity and quality. The role involves assigning daily duties, supervising line personnel, and addressing issues promptly to keep production on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing with supervision experience, familiarity with TPM and 5S, and strong communication skills. Weekend rotation may be required in a fast-paced chocolate production environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food industry.
• 2 years supervisory/lead experience, preferred
• Root Cause Analysis (5 Why/Fishbone), preferred
• Leadership training, preferred
• Total Productive Maintenance experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate line productivity and changeovers.
• Lead and train line staff for productivity and quality.
• Direct procedures and controls; communicate issues to supervision.
• Maintain quality and safety standards on the line.
• Maintain machine logs and downtime; report trends to management.
• Attend daily/weekly productivity and safety meetings.
