Qualifications

• Leadership training and TPM experience preferred.
• Second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Line Productivity and meet daily production goals.
• Oversee line personnel, set up and changeovers.
• Lead line staff and provide training and direction.
• Ensure procedures and controls are followed; escalate issues as needed.
• Conduct daily shift handover meetings and communicate standards.
• Ensure lines have necessary components to meet schedule.
• Identify line issues using root-cause analysis with maintenance teams.
• Maintain safety and quality per Lindt guidelines.
