Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli USA is seeking a Production Line Lead to run an entire production line, ensuring productivity and quality meet standards. You will assign daily duties, oversee line personnel, and address issues promptly.

Qualified candidates have 2 years in manufacturing, 2 years in supervision, and preferably experience with root cause analysis (5 Why/Fishbone) and TPM. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma; college degree a plus.
• 2 years manufacturing experience.
• 2 years supervisory/lead experience preferred.
• Root Cause Analysis (5 Why/Fishbone) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate line productivity: oversee setup, changeovers, and daily duties.
• Lead line staff: training, direction, and performance management.
• Monitor production quality and safety; enforce Lindt health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate logs and participate in daily/weekly meetings to discuss productivity and issues.
