You will train and assign line workers, monitor run rates, and coordinate with Maintenance for equipment issues.

You will document processes, maintain sanitation, PPE compliance, and uphold safety and quality across shifts, contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced food manufacturing

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Experience in a chilled manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience tracking inventory materials and supplies.
• Able to start-up and safely operate common food manufacturing equipment.
• Good knowledge of safe work practices in food manufacturing.
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) helpful.
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Set up the production line each day and ensure proper stocking during assembly runs.
• Meet quality and completion goals and inspect output for run and shift compliance.
• Maintain line productivity, correct unsafe actions, and follow proper processes.
• Manage inventory controls and stock rotation as required.
• Inspect equipment before use and report malfunctions or concerns.
• Notify Maintenance of mechanical issues and input Red Zone when necessary.
• Ensure line workers wear proper PPE and address non-compliance.
• Monitor safety concerns and report issues affecting line operations.
• Ensure product quality and sanitation between runs or shifts.
• Complete paperwork and pursue continuous improvement on run rates and productivity.
• Perform other duties as needed.
