Qualifications

• Two to three years of production line experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Adjust equipment (sheeters, sifters, conveyors, guillotine, cutters, and v-mags) to maintain production.
• Assemble and organize equipment required for each product run.
• Record production speeds, weights, and data accurately.
• Monitor and sustain speeds per the production schedule.
• Assist with changeover tasks including prep, cleaning, inspection, and adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Promote safety and positivity on the production floor.
• Follow and enforce quality procedures to ensure product excellence.
