Job summary

Mountain Manufacturing, part of the Performance Food Group network, operates a high-speed production line for grab-and-go items. The role involves setting up and maintaining line equipment, supervising intake of materials, and ensuring GMP and quality standards across the shift.

You will work with production personnel to maintain an efficient flow, train teammates, and complete shift reports while upholding safety and cleanliness protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 1 - 2 Years warehouse or production work experience.
• OSHA Forklift operator certificate.
• Preferred: 2 - 4 Years warehouse/production experience and team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtain work schedule and daily production paperwork; verify ingredients, supplies, and packaging for operations.
• Set up/assemble line equipment per work order; perform metal detector checks and start up the line.
• Monitor the process; complete quality checks and adjust packaging as required.
• Troubleshoot problems; perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment and components.
• Facilitate production and assist line personnel; manage line supply and housekeeping.
• At end of shift, secure equipment and complete required reports for downtime, production, and lot tracking.
