Responsibilities

• Lead a group of production operators to meet quality, schedule, yield and productivity goals.
• Highlight to supervisor when there is high fallout.
• Achieve daily standards set by supervisor.
• Develop operators in handling the right equipment and improve throughput.
• Guide and assist operators in required skills.
• Monitor hourly production status.
• Ensure CIQ system is implemented properly on the line.
• Serve as a communication link between operators and management.
