• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor in line management and drive uptime.
• Highlight issues such as high fallout to the supervisor promptly.
• Identify and develop operators for better throughput and quality.
• Monitor hourly production status and CIQ implementation.
• Serve as communication link between operators and management.
