Qualifications

• Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficient in Windows-based OS and related software.
• Advanced PC skills and knowledge of Jabil software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to apply common sense to follow simple instructions.
• Ability to handle standard situations with few variables.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and understand ratios/percentages.
• Ability to read and interpret graphs and data.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operators to meet quality, schedule, yield and productivity targets.
• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor in line management and drive efficient machine utilization with minimal downtime.
• Highlight high fallout to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
• Achieve daily standards set by the Supervisor.
• Develop operators to handle equipment effectively for greater throughput and quality.
• Guide operators in required skills and train as needed.
• Monitor hourly production status.
• Ensure CIQ system is implemented on the line and standards are met.
• Serve as a communication link between operators and management.
• Perform duties as required by education, experience and training.
