Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Production Lead to guide a group of operators on the manufacturing line. You will drive line efficiency, quality, and productivity, ensuring adherence to procedures and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership and hands-on coaching of operators to maximize throughput. You will partner with supervision to manage daily output, monitor performance, and communicate issues across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing or assembly line team.
• Ability to drive uptime and efficiency with minimal downtime.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with operators and managers.
• Ability to train and mentor operators for throughput and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a group of production operators to meet quality, schedule, yield and productivity goals.
• Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in line management and drive machine utilization.
• Identify high fallout and escalate to the supervisor for action.
• Achieve daily production standards set by supervision.
• Guide operators in equipment operation and skill development.
• Monitor hourly production status and CIQ system compliance.
• Serve as a communication bridge between operators and management.
