Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate production operators to meet quality, schedule, yield and productivity goals.
• Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in line management and drive machine utilization with minimal downtime.
• Monitor hourly production status and ensure CIQ system compliance on the line.
• Serve as a communication link between operators and management.
