Qualifications

• Ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a PC including Windows-based OS and related software.
• Advanced PC skills, including familiarity with Jabil's software packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a group of production operators to meet quality, schedule, yield and productivity targets.
• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor in managing the line and driving machine utilization with minimal downtime.
• Highlight to Manufacturing Supervisor when there is high fallout.
• Achieve daily standards set by Manufacturing Supervisor.
• Identify and develop potential operators for equipment handling and throughput.
• Guide and assist operators in required skills.
• Monitor hourly production status and CIQ system adherence.
• Serve as a communication link between operators and management.
