Job summary

Ford Louisville is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an hourly team, safeguard safety, and drive performance on the shop floor with a focus on quality and efficiency.

You will coach and develop team members, apply data-driven decisions to reduce downtime, and partner with union and operations leadership to meet production targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–7+ years in supervisory or manufacturing roles, with flexibility for rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years of supervisory/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma and/or MDMP is a plus.

Responsibilities
