• Lead a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality and Shipping to optimize workflow and adherence to SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying waste, reducing costs, and monitoring KPIs.
• Develop and implement training, coaching and performance reviews for team members.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety policies and state/federal laws.
