You will drive operational excellence, monitor performance with data, and resolve conflicts to keep production targets on track. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–7+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years of supervisory/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.
• Lean / Six Sigma and MDMP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead an hourly team and bridge strategy with daily execution.
• Champion workplace safety and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive high-quality products and meet production targets; own team performance.
• Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and act decisively to safety and quality issues.
• Develop high-performing teams with servant leadership and growth focus.
• Use data to reduce downtime and defects and report attendance.
• Identify inefficiencies, drive process improvements, and pursue excellence.
• Address conflicts fairly and facilitate mutually acceptable solutions.
• Collaborate with union, suppliers, and management to improve processes.
