Greenheck Group is seeking a Production Manager in Shelby, NC. You will provide daily direction and leadership to maximize productivity, supervise production staff, and drive S&OP alignment. You will champion continuous improvement, maintain safety and 5S, and coordinate across departments to meet financial and service targets.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 6-8 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent years of job experience in a related field.
• Continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing training.

Responsabilités

• Direct supervision of hourly production employees and may supervise other production supervisors and manufacturing support roles.
• Plan, monitor, and execute daily, monthly, and annual production goals.
• Contribute to the Sales & Operations Plan to meet financial targets and customer service objectives.
• Coordinate activities across scheduling, engineering, logistics, sales, and purchasing.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper maintenance of production equipment.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards and participate in root-cause analysis of incidents.
• Support labor negotiations where applicable and participate in training and development of team members.
• Meet or exceed customer service expectations including on-time shipping.
