Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing with leadership or supervision.
• Experience scheduling production workflows and personnel.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, inventory control, quality and safety.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and MS Office preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Supervise and develop production staff, fostering accountability.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet demand and delivery timelines.
• Monitor workflow, staffing and equipment utilization for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Engineering and Sales to align materials and priorities.
• Manage inventory levels of materials and finished goods to avoid shortages.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction.
• Track production metrics and report on productivity, quality, downtime and labor.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and assist with hiring and onboarding.
