Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee 1st shift manufacturing operations and drive production plans, quality, and safe working practices. You will lead hourly teams, coordinate with engineering, and support onboarding and training to ensure smooth production flow.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience, leadership exposure, and relevant degrees. Strong Excel and SAP familiarity are preferred as part of a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience required.
• 1-2 years of relevant leadership experience required.
• 2 Year / Associate Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field of study preferred.
• Excel experience in pivot tables and VLOOKUP preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of hourly production team members.
• Set performance expectations and ensure the team has equipment and training.
• Execute the daily production plan for the respective area.
• Monitor variance to plan and adjust capacity as needed.
• Promote collaboration and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with engineering on shop floor issues and new product support.
• Conduct interviews and support onboarding and training plans.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards in the work area.
