Responsibilities include managing staffing, budgets, and schedules, plus driving continuous improvement across production and shipping activities.

The role requires several years in production leadership, knowledge of ERP systems, and strong organizational skills in a high-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

3+ years as a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role.
Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Justify and initiate capital expenditure requests and staffing changes.
Recruit and develop warehouse and delivery personnel; support career growth.
Control expenses and drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
Develop procedures to improve plant operations and lean initiatives.
Conduct annual performance and wage reviews and manage subordinates’ reviews.
