Greenheck Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to directly supervise manufacturing operations on 1st Shift and support sales objectives by meeting production plans and quality standards. The role emphasizes a safe work environment, employee relations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience.
• 2 Year / Associate Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or related field.
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or related field preferred.
• Continuous Improvement training preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of hourly production team members.
• Set performance expectations and ensure team has training and equipment to complete tasks.
• Execute the daily production plan for the respective area of responsibility.
• Monitor daily variance to plan and suggest capacity adjustments.
• Promote collaboration, engagement, autonomy and teamwork.
• Deliver daily, weekly and monthly communications to team members.
• Coordinate with maintenance on tools and machines to maximize capacity.
• Develop cross-training plans and encourage development of team members.
• Perform monthly safety training and maintain safety records.
