• 2+ years of leadership experience in an operations or manufacturing setting.
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to employees.
• Lead employee engagement and continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform daily supervisor responsibilities, project management, effective communication and execution with support group members.
• Establish work schedules and monthly delivery plans aligning with customer needs and financial obligations.
