This role reports to operations management, requires strong leadership, good communication, ability to train staff, and a willingness to learn. Pay is $18.00 per hour with a 6am-4pm schedule. Competitive benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and material availability to ensure continuous operations.
• Communicate production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations to team members.
• Train, coach, and develop production associates on work instructions, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct shift start-up meetings and provide updates on production priorities and performance metrics.
