Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or related.
• Proficient with time/attendance systems (Paycom a plus).
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
• Experience compiling data and producing reports for leadership.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Experience driving team engagement, safety, quality and productivity improvements.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on team supervision including scheduling and time/attendance management.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, inventory control, and order filling including truck shipments and customer pick-ups.
• Support a positive team culture balancing quality, productivity, cost, and safety.
• Ensure timely completion of team trainings on Safety, Quality, and company policies.
• Identify and develop talent and plan succession for key roles.
• Conduct daily team meetings to discuss goals and priorities.
• Promote a safe work environment and support quality control standards.
• Select, order and purchase materials.
• Document data on process improvements to boost efficiency and cost savings.
