Staffmark Group in Louisville, KY is seeking a Production Lead to help keep production moving on the floor. You will lead daily production activities, uphold quality standards, and keep safety at the center of every shift.

The A Shift runs Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:45 PM, with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. This on-site role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and hands-on problem solving to meet targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to follow production instructions and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example while supporting daily production, quality, and safety objectives.
• Operate production machinery and assist with manufacturing processes.
• Assemble materials and load raw materials into production lines.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Review product documentation and ensure production records are accurate.
• Package finished goods for shipment and distribution.
• Resolve production issues and assist operators in maintaining workflow efficiency.
• Transport materials throughout the facility as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by properly disposing of scrap materials and debris.
• Train, support, and motivate team members while helping achieve production targets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational success.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, printing, or fast-paced industrial experience preferred.
• Prior leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Candidates with strong leadership potential, communication skills, and a positive work ethic will be considered.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, organize workflow, and support production goals.
• Strong attendance, dependability, and teamwork skills required.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and material handling.
• Comfortable working around production machinery and equipment.
• Steel-toe footwear required.
