Qualifications

• Experience leading employees and directing a production team.
• Strong communication, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use production tracking software and operational reports.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager with daily operations and provide backup coverage.
• Build the business and keep operations running smoothly.
• Create and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Visit customers at job sites and build strong working relationships.
• Stay connected with the team through daily communication, including group texts.
• Travel as needed to support customers and business needs.
