Responsibilities include leading daily operations, coaching a diverse team, managing scheduling in Paycom, and driving improvements across production methods and metrics. The role requires 2+ years of leadership in manufacturing and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree or technical training is preferred.
• Experience leading employees in manufacturing or production is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and assembly operations to ensure throughput and accuracy.
• Hold daily management meetings to review goals and safety updates.
• Promote a safe, compliant, and people-centric workplace with proper training and tools.
• Coach and develop teammates and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Manage scheduling, time, and attendance in Paycom with accuracy.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, and morale across programs.
• Identify and develop talent and create backups for critical roles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and improve workflows.
• Recommend and implement improvements to methods, equipment, and processes.
• Track performance metrics and drive efficiency.
