Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Production Lead to instruct and assist Operators in process setup, quality standards, and documentation, while preparing the production line for assembly and directing staff to meet daily goals. You will assign work, train new and current employees, verify inspections, and monitor shifts to uphold safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Maintain 5S in work areas, ensure proper paperwork, and coordinate with other teams across the 4:15pm–2:45am shift,

Competenze

• Supervisory or lead experience in a production setting.
• Ability to train and guide operators and staff.
• Strong attention to process documentation and quality standards.

Mansioni

• Instructs and guides Operators in production cell areas for setup, operation, quality, and documentation.
• Assigns Operators to stations to meet daily production goals.
• Ensures job book instructions are followed and inspections are performed.
